Job 23:8 "If I go east, he is not there; if west, I can't find him; Job 23:9 He works to the north, but I can't see him. He turns south, but I can't catch a glimpse of him.
Job experienced darkness in the mind of the old man, for he could not see the one who is everywhere.
Psa 139:8 If I should climb to the heavens, You are there, And should I make my berth in the unseen, behold, You are there."
David caught a glimpse of the reality, which exists in the mind of the new man.
Psa 139:11 If I said, Surely darkness, it snuffed me up, And night is belted about me,
David knew that even what he perceived as darkness is altogether different with Him who is Light.
Psa 139:12 Even darkness, it is not darkening to You, And the night, as the day, is giving light; Darkness is as light."
How true it is that to the new man, even that which is seen as darkness is light. Darkness only exists in the realm of the old man we used to be. Even the darkness we think we see, is light, for we exist in the realm of the new man, in whom there is no darkness at all.

What do you see when you look at me? Not the visible me that your eyes can see. For in Christ I am dead, yet alive and free. Free to be it all, as he lives in me.
