Thanks. I have not been to the Shack in quite a while.
Thought I would stop by and see how the fine folks on
here were doing.

Yes, I've been cycling quite a bit lately (75-100
miles/week), and hope to start logging more miles once
the weather cools a bit. The heat/humidity are NOT my
friend. You'd think after 37 years in this area, I'd
be accustomed to the heat, but I'm not. My
Scottish/English ancestors were not built for the
summer heat of the Southeast USA.

Hey there Jason,

It is great to have you back bro. Yeah from what I hear Alabama is extremely humid but, then again so is FL were Jim and Sherri is. I too lived in FL and I KNOW I would have a hard time with any humid climate. I was born on the West Coast and pretty much raised there...my blood is in sinc with oceans, breezes and about 24-34 percent humidity by 1 pm! lol Hey how often do you stop by and read here?

scottish/english ancestors ~ yeah, i can understand the aversion toward the southeast united states summer heat!  it is vicious -  mean - tyrannical - no mercy whatsoever!  it is a bully!  booooo!

i suppose it is all relative.  i know there are other places much hotter and some with just as much humidity if not maybe even more, but ... it doesn't matter when you are not there, but where you are.  and if where you are is hot enough and miserable enough, then ... well ... there it is and there you are and that is that.  (she says as she sits in her own miserable heat and sweat)

it is good to see you jason.
